Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Founder FAQs websites, newsletters, downloads, communities, and related services (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Who we are
Founder FAQs (“Founder FAQs,” “we,” “us,” “our”) is operated by [Early Bird VC, LLC. Our contact details appear in Section 19.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old or the age required by your local law.
You are responsible for your account, credentials, and all activity under your account.
Keep your information accurate and up to date.
We may suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these Terms or to protect users, our business, or the Services.
License and acceptable use
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes.
You agree not to:
Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or harvest data from the Services
Copy, mirror, or frame the Services without permission
Upload malware or interfere with security or access controls
Use the Services for unlawful, infringing, or harmful purposes
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
Use content from the Services to build or train models or products that compete with us, unless we give written permission
Digital products, subscriptions, and payments
Prices, features, and availability may change at any time.
Taxes may apply based on your billing address.
Unless stated otherwise at checkout, all sales of digital products are final.
If a subscription is offered, it renews automatically at the end of each term unless you cancel before renewal.
We may suspend or cancel access for nonpayment or chargeback.
Content rights
The Services, including text, graphics, videos, guides, templates, and trademarks, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law.
Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, resell, or create derivative works.
Your content
If you submit or post content, feedback, testimonials, or suggestions (“User Content”), you grant Founder FAQs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, and display that User Content in connection with operating, improving, and marketing the Services. You represent that you have all rights needed to grant this license and that your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights.
If you do not want your testimonial or brand name used publicly, tell us at the time of submission.
Template and download license
Unless a specific product page states otherwise, templates, spreadsheets, and other downloads are provided for one organization’s internal use. You may not resell, republish, or distribute them as standalone products or libraries. Team sharing inside your organization is allowed, provided recipients follow these Terms.
Early Bird VC ecosystem
Founder FAQs may interoperate with other products or brands operated by or through Early Bird VC, LLC (the “Early Bird VC Portfolio”). By using the Services, you acknowledge:
We may present cross-product features, unified experiences, and relevant offers from the Early Bird VC Portfolio
We may enable single sign-on or shared account profile elements across participating products
Our Privacy Policy explains how information may be shared with Early Bird VC, LLC and across the Early Bird VC Portfolio and how to opt out of cross-brand marketing
Nothing in these Terms grants you rights in any other Early Bird VC product except as explicitly provided.
Third-party services and links
The Services may link to or integrate with third-party sites, tools, or payment processors. Those providers are independent from us and may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party acts or omissions.
Educational use and no professional advice
Content on the Services is for informational and educational purposes only. We do not provide legal, tax, financial, medical, or other professional advice. You should consult qualified professionals for advice tailored to your situation.
Community rules
Be respectful. No harassment, hate speech, spamming, or illegal content. We may remove posts or suspend access at our discretion.
Intellectual property notices and takedowns
If you believe content infringes your rights, email us with: (a) identification of the work claimed to be infringed, (b) the specific material and its location, (c) your contact information, and (d) your statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized. We may remove content and terminate repeat infringers.
Beta features
We may offer preview or beta features. They are provided for evaluation and may change or end at any time.
Disclaimers
The Services and all content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that content will be accurate or complete.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Founder FAQs and its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of:
(a) the amounts you paid to us for the Services in the 12 months before the claim, or
(b) 100 USD.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In that case, the limits apply to the maximum extent permitted.
Indemnification
You will indemnify and hold harmless Founder FAQs and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
(a) your use of the Services,
(b) your User Content, or
(c) your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Changes to the Services and to these Terms
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms, create risk, or for any reason where we consider it necessary. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive termination, including Sections 5, 6, 7, 9, and 13 - 18.
Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, without regard to conflicts of law rules. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Wyoming to resolve any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services.
Do Not Track
Some browsers send a Do Not Track signal. There is no common industry standard. We respond to legally required signals such as Global Privacy Control where applicable.
Miscellaneous
Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms to an affiliate, successor, or acquirer.
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any product-specific terms presented at checkout, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect
Waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
Force majeure. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
Early Bird VC, LLC reminder
Your use of Founder FAQs may involve features, offers, or accounts that interoperate with other products in the Early Bird VC Portfolio. Information sharing, where applicable, is described in our Privacy Policy and you can opt out of cross-brand marketing at any time.
