This Privacy Policy explains how Founder FAQs (“Founder FAQs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and safeguards personal information when you visit our sites, subscribe to our newsletter, download resources, purchase products, or otherwise interact with us (the “Services”).

Founder FAQs may share information with Early Bird VC, LLC and with other products, services, or brands operated by or through Early Bird VC, LLC (collectively, the “Early Bird VC Portfolio”). This sharing supports cross-product features, unified account experiences, analytics, and to present relevant content and offers across the Early Bird VC Portfolio.
Your choices: you can opt out of cross-brand marketing at any time by using the unsubscribe link in emails or by contacting us (see Section 12).

We do not sell personal information for money. Some jurisdictions consider certain advertising, analytics, and cross-context sharing a “sale” or “share.” See your region-specific rights below.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal exceptions.

Region-specific disclosures

California and other U.S. state privacy laws (including CPRA/CPA/CTDPA/VDCPA)

We collect and disclose the following categories for business purposes: identifiers, commercial information, internet or network activity, and inferences.

We “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising when we use certain analytics and ad tools.

Your rights may include access, correction, deletion, portability, and the right to opt out of sale or sharing.

To exercise rights or opt out of sale/sharing, contact us (Section 12). You can also use browser-level Global Privacy Controls, which we will honor where required.

Canada (PIPEDA and CASL)

You have rights to access and correct personal information and to withdraw consent for marketing.

We obtain express or implied consent for commercial electronic messages and include unsubscribe mechanisms.

Personal information may be processed outside Canada, including in the United States, and may be subject to local laws.

EEA/UK/Switzerland (GDPR)

Legal bases: consent, contract performance, legitimate interests (for example, improving services and preventing fraud), legal obligations, and vital interests in rare cases.

Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. You may withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.

Cross-border transfers: when transferring personal data outside the EEA/UK/CH, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Do Not Track

Some browsers send a Do Not Track signal. There is no common industry standard. We respond to legally required signals such as Global Privacy Control where applicable.
